This company, currently trading under the name of Woodbridge Direct, is to be avoided at all costs!! I bought a product from them only one month ago from their website www.oyeshop.co.uk. Interestingly, this website has now disappeared and been mysteriously replaced by another called www.woodbridgedirect.com. Not surprising when you read all the complaints about Oyeshop on this website. No doubt when woodbridgedirect starts getting the same sorts of complaints appearing on sites like this, that will shut down too and be replaced by something else. And so the con continues.

My story briefly is that I bought something which was delivered (much later than promised on the website) with parts missing. All my e-mails to the company were ignored until I got the payment company Nochex involved. By the way, you'll notice how the website only gives a "sales at" e-mail address and no telephone number, postal address or contact name! In the end I did manage to get a refund (after persistent contact by e-mail and indicating that I would contact my lawyer if necessary). However, many other people have failed to get a refund and they never even received delivery of their products, so BEWARE, and don't buy from Woodbridge Direct, or the parent company - Bluefold Ltd.

Also received a very dodgy version on the Leg Magic machine from Woodbridge. The only communication from them was to return the product, which I will not do as it's not safe for them to re sell to another unsuspecting customer. However did dispute with my bank as paid by credit card and got a full refund. 

 

What ever you do, DO NOT buy products from this site. They have removed my feedback from the site and I would recommend spending a bit more money and getting ligit product.

I am experiencing difficulties with Woodbridge direct. Order placed on 06/08/08 not yet received although they promise next day delivery. Not able to contact them as the phone number on the website is a mobile number that is never answered - goes to message straightaway - and the email address given for 'support' bounced as 'domain not known. Currently chasing Paypal for the recovery of my money. My advice - stay away from this website.

Had problems with my purchase; 

contacted via e-mail and was promised a replacement. 

Although the item took somewhat longer than I would have expected to arrive, the fact is it did!! and for that I am thankfull.! 

Communication was good.

I too got stung by this company when a steam mop I ordered from oyeshop arrived faulty and I am trying at the moment to get my money back. I also have trading standards investigating this at the moment. I think it is about time this company were stopped from ripping off any more unsuspecting customers.

Update: I am very pleased to say that I have now managed to resolve the issue amicably with Woodbridge Direct. Therefore I have asked pissedconsumer.com to remove my review above and the comments from Woodbridge Direct which publish my contact details on this website and am now waiting for this to be actioned.

Other sellers please be aware of this customer, and avoid doing any kind of business with her, as she is paid by competitors to ruin rival business, we were also dupped by this customer and she started a hate campaign against my business too

We sent out replacement parts to the customer, Helen Pownall (0161 275 2828), however the customer was being very difficult and claimed we hadnt sent them., every item is checked to make sure all parts are included which we did with this item, we will be taking legal action against this customer - any seller should we aware of this difficult customer, which is why we have included they full name and telephone number above
